I have a php file that pulls any notifications from a table (DB) which has token, payload, and device (iphone, ipad). I don't know why 20% of the notifications arrive sometimes.... and sometime none arrive (I have 10 devices for testing).

I read that apples notifications are "best effort" and that there are not guaranteed to arrive but this is ridiculous, something must be wrong with the logic of my code.

Co M: What’s the difference between shooting videos and live chats on an i Phone?

Your carrier might also have issues delivering the SMS correctly which will prevent Face Time from activating.

After enabling Face Time in i Phone settings, your i Phone will attempt to send a "silent text message" (i. a text you don't know about) to Apple, that registers your telephone number on Apple's servers used for Face Time.

More info can be found at Face Time is activated by sending a couple of SMS text messages in the background between the i Phone and an Apple server.

If your carrier does not officially support the i Phone 4, you may be charged for sending the activation SMS to an international (UK) number.[1][2] If your carrier doesn't officially support silent SMS messages, you may see the Face Time Registration Response messages displayed. We have had two meetings so far, and I can tell already that he is very astute. My experiences with Rick began a few years ago, when he began training/coaching me at a martial arts school where we practiced.
